Peach Smoothie
Author: "Breakfast in Bed Cookbook"
Ingredients
8 large ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
Juice of 3 large oranges
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup creme fraiche or vanilla yogurt
Kiwi slice or mint sprigs
Directions
Puree peaches until smooth; add freshly squeezed orange juice and mix thoroughly. Blend in honey and creme fraiche or yogurt. Pour into 6 glasses; garnish with kiwi slices or mint sprigs if desired. Makes 6 servings.
Each serving, with yogurt, contains 159 calories; 0 gm fat; 41 gm carbohydrate; 12 mg sodium; 1 mg cholesterol.
