Apple Blossom Freeze

Ingredients
1 can (6 oz.) tangerine or orange juice frozen concentrate, undiluted
2 cups apple juice
2 cups milk
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Directions
Combine concentrate, apple juice and milk in an electric blender; blend until smooth. Add ice cream; blend just until smooth. Pour in tall glasses. Garnish each with a spring of fresh mint, if desired. Yield: 6 1-cup servings.
Each serving contains 296 calories; 11 gm fat; 30 gm carbohydrate; 83 mg sodium; 23 mg cholesterol.
