Ingredients

1 cup sparkling water
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 pint strawberries or raspberries
1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt


Directions

Combine ingredients and pulse until smooth; makes 1 serving.

Each serving contains 552 calories; 2 gm fat; 131 gm carbohydrate; 84 mg sodium; 6 mg cholesterol.
