Strawberry Coconut Pineapple Shake

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup cream of coconut, well-blended
1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled


Directions

Blend strawberries with cream of coconut; add yogurt and pineapple juice and pulse until mixture is smooth. Makes about 3 1/4 cups.

Each 1/2 cup serving contains 262 calories; 13 gm fat; 30 gm carbohydrate; 106 mg sodium; 11 mg cholesterol.
