Barbecue Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Preparation time: 5 minutes plus marinating
Yield: About 3/4 cup or enough for 6-7 steaks

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons garlic salt or powder


Directions

Combine all ingredients; place 6-7 steaks in marinade. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Turn meat over after 12 hours. Grill to desired doneness. (Can also be used with chicken.)
