Slushy Wedding Punch

Ingredients

10 cans (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
10 cans (12 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
20 juice cans (12 oz.) water
1 can (16 oz.) apricot nectar
2 packages (10 oz.) frozen raspberries or strawberries
8 bottles (1 liter) lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled


Directions

In a large container mix lemonade and orange juice concentrates, water, nectar and berries. Freeze in snap-seal bags before serving. To serve, chop up partially thawed mixture and add carbonated beverage. Makes 100 servings.

Each serving contains 228 calories; 0 gm fat; 64 gm carbohydrate; 12 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
