Fruit Compote II

Ingredients

1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
3 juice cans (6 oz.) water
14 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 pound Thompson seedless grapes
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice


Directions

Mix orange juice according to package directions; add fruit, sugar and juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Freeze in 9-by-13-inch pans or snap-close freezer bags. If frozen in pans, transfer to freezer bags for long-term storage.

To serve, allow to soften to slushy stage and serve from fruit bowl. Makes 20 servings.

Each serving contains 131 calories; 0 gm fat; 35 gm carbohydrate; 1 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
