Herb Cheese Spread

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped butter, softened
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon dill
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon pepper


Directions

Finely chop garlic in food processor; add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill to blend flavors. Makes 10-12 generous servings.Each serving contains 214 calories; 22 gm fat; 2 gm carbohydrate; 136 mg sodium; 41 mg cholesterol.
