Raspberry Jell-O Mold

Ingredients

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus chilling
Yield: 12-15 servings

1 package (6 oz.) raspberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 package (10 oz.) frozen raspberries
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
3 large bananas, diced


Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add slightly thawed raspberries. Stir to break berries. When berries are thawed, add water, undrained pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour into oiled 6-cup mold or 9-by-13-inch pan. Chill until set.

Each serving contains 198 calories; 7 gm fat; 35 gm carbohydrate; 1 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
