Artichokes with Warm Seafood Sauce

Ingredients
4 ounces Neufchatel cheese
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup cooked salad shrimp
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 medium artichokes, prepared for whole artichokes
Directions
Microcook the cheese on medium setting 45 seconds or until softened. Blend in yogurt until smooth, add shrimp, Parmesan cheese, green onions and lemon juice. Microcook on medium 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with cooked artichokes. Makes 4 servings.
Each serving contains 152 calories; 8 gm fat; 9 gm carbohydrate; 245 mg sodium; 56 mg cholesterol.
