Greenbrier Peach Soup

Ingredients
4 cups peaches, roughly chopped and juice reserved
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/4 cups reserved peach juice
8 mint sprigs
Directions
Combine peaches and sour cream in blender and work to a puree. Add remaining ingredients except mint and blend until very smooth. Chill thoroughly, at least two hours, then ladle into chilled bowls; garnish with mint and serve. Makes 8 servings.
Each serving contains 153 calories; 9 gm fat; 29 mg sodium; 19 mg cholesterol.
