Granola

Ingredients

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus baking time
Yield: 12 cups

2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans or combination)
1/2 cup sesame seeds


Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil and water; pour over dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour in lightly greased cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir every 10-15 minutes.

Each serving contains 399 calories; 26 gm fat; 4 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
