Golden Honey Granola

Ingredients
Preparation time: 10 minutes plus baking
Yield: 10 cups
1 cup honey
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
7 cups oats, quick or old-fashioned
1 cup wheat germ
2 cups coconut
3/4 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup golden raisins or currants
Directions
Heat honey, oil, vanilla and salt; pour over dry ingredient mixture and blend. Spread on two lightly greased cookie sheets; bake at 200 degrees for 11/2 hours or until golden brown. Stir in raisins or currants, cool and store in airtight containers.
Each serving contains 396 calories; 19 gm fat; 113 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
