Filled Crescents
Ingredients
Crust:
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup flour
Filling:
1 cup ham, turkey or crab, finely chopped
1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions
Beat together cream cheese, butter, Tabasco sauce, salt and sesame seeds until well blended. Add Parmesan cheese and flour; mix well. Chill dough while preparing filling. Mix together ham or other meat, sour cream and mustard. On floured surface, roll chilled dough very thin; cut into 3 1/2-inch diameter circles. Place 1/2 teaspoon filling on one side of each circle. Moisten edges and fold over to make half circles. Press edges firmly together and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 50 servings.
