Banana Burrito Snack

Ingredients

6-inch flour tortilla
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons reduced-calorie raspberry spread
1 teaspoon shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 medium banana


Directions

To prepare the "burrito," spread a 6-inch flour tortilla with 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter and 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie raspberry spread. Sprinkle with a teaspoon of shredded coconut, if desired. Place 1/2 medium banana on edge of tortilla; roll up to enclose.

Wrap loosely in a paper towel and microwave on high for 35 seconds.
