German Pancakes

Ingredients

Preparation time: 6 minutes plus cooking
Yield: 4 servings

3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
Fresh fruit, jam or syrup


Directions

Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored; blend in butter, milk and flour. Bake in well-greased 9-by-13-inch pan at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Each serving contains 184 calories; 12 gm fat; 245 mg sodium; 174 mg cholesterol.
