Cupcake Candy

Ingredients
Preparation time: 20 minutes plus cooking time
Yield: About 3 dozen
4 cups corn flakes
4 cups rice crisp cereal
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1 cup coconut
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Combine cereals, peanuts and coconut in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, except vanilla, in a heavy saucepan; bring to boil, reduce heat and cook to firm-ball stage. Add vanilla and pour over cereal mixture. Spoon lightly into cupcake papers; cool.
Each serving contains 94 calories; 2 gm fat; 82 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
