Psychedelic Dip

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup potato chips, crushed
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
4 cups raw vegetable chunks
Directions
Combine sour cream, cheese, basil, paprika, salt and garlic; chill at least two hours. Toss potato chips with green onions. Dip vegetable chunks in sour cream mixture then in chip mixture. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Each 1/4-cup serving contains 270 calories; 20 gm fat; 253 mg sodium; 23 mg cholesterol.
