Creamy Ham Pockets

Ingredients

4 6-inch pocket bread rounds
8 lettuce leaves
1/2 pound Light & Lean ham, cut in small pieces
1 small cucumber, peeled and diced
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup low-calories creamy Italian ranch salad dressing


Directions

Cut each bread round in half; open to form pocket. Line each pocket with lettuce leaf. In small bowl, combine ham, cucumber, tomato and salad dressing. Divide evenly among bread pockets. Makes 8 servings.

Each serving contains 148 calories; 4 gm fat; 614 mg sodium; 15 mg cholesterol.
