Trout-Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups wild rice, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
3 cups baked, flaked trout
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Beat eggs thoroughly. Blend in the hot, cooked rice and milk. Bake the trout; flake it and carefully check for bones. Add trout, salt, lemon juice and soy sauce; mix thoroughly. Spoon into casserole dish; bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
Each serving contains 450 calories; 12 gm fat; 917 mg sodium; 236 mg cholesterol.
