Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Rind of 3 lemons, grated
Directions
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and milk; beat well. Add flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and lemon rind. Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 350 degrees about 35-40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
Each serving contains 483 calories; 24 gm fat; 243 mg sodium; 166 mg cholesterol.
