Lemony Steamed Fish

Ingredients

6 fish fillets
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice


Directions

Center each fillet on a 12-inch square of foil. Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Fold foil over each fillet to make a pocket; pleat seams to enclose securely and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
