Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon honey


Directions

Place the ingredients in a small bowl; mix until combined. Serve at room temperature. Makes 2 cups.

Each 1/4-cup serving contains 23 calories; 0 gm fat; 1 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
