Autumn Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup fresh apple, diced
1 cup fresh pear, diced
1 cup fresh plums, diced
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons unsweetened apple juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Dash of crushed red pepper
Directions
Combine fruits with lemon juice; toss with apple juice and remaining ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Serve with pork or chicken. Makes 3 cups.
Each 1/4-cup serving contains 21 calories; 0 gm fat; 1 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
