Mango Salsa

Ingredients

3 mangos, peeled, seeded and diced large
3 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
1 poblano chili, peeled and finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
Salt to taste


Directions

Immediately before serving, combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 2 cups.

Each 1/4-cup serving contains 56 calories; 0 gm fat; 1 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
