Green Chili-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus baking
Yield: 6 servings

1/2 can (4 oz.) green chili peppers, diced
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated


Directions

Combine all ingredients; pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Each serving contains 458 calories; 40 gm fat; 488 mg sodium; 149 mg cholesterol.
