Keika Sangria
Ingredients
1 lemon, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 orange, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 cup sugar
1 quart tropical fruit punch
One 46-ounce can pineapple juice
One 28-ounce bottle club soda, chilled
Ice ring decorated with lemon slices, orange slices and mint recipe follows
Combine lemon slices, orange slices and sugar; mix well. Add tropical fruit punch and pineapple juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours or until thoroughly chilled. When ready to serve, pour juice mixture into punch bowl. Add club soda and decorated ice ring. Makes 24 servings.

Chunks of fresh pineapple
Strawberries
Green apples
Sprigs of fresh mint
Directions
Pour a thin layer of pineapple juice in a bowl or mold; freeze. Add remaining ingredients, a few pieces at a time, and a little more pineapple juice; freezing a layer at a time. Continue this process for several days so that the ingredients are suspended throughout.
