No-Cook Freezer Jam

Ingredients
4 cups crushed strawberries or raspberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 (1.59-ounce) packet freezer jam pectin
Directions
Combine crushed fruit and sugar in a medium bowl. Let stand 15 minutes. Gradually stir pectin into fruit mixture. Stir 3 minutes, let stand 5 minutes. Ladle into freezer jars, leaving 1/2-inch head space. Seal, label and freeze. Makes about five 8-ounce jars. Jam will keep in freezer for 1 year. Refrigerate after opening for up to 3 weeks.
