Raspberry Blast

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries
1 cup nonfat milk
3 tablespoons red raspberry preserves
4 ice cubes
2 scoops plain or vanilla-flavored soy protein powder


Directions

Combine ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed about 1 minute. Makes 1 large serving or 2 medium-size servings.
