Tangy Blueberry Chutney

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 cup fresh blueberries, divided
Directions
In saucepan, combine onion, sugar, raisins and vinegar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of blueberries; simmer until saucy, about 5 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 cup blueberries; simmer 1 minute longer. Serve with chicken, pork tenderloin or ham. Makes about 1 cup chutney.
