Lime Pear Salad

Ingredients
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
1 package (3 oz.) lime gelatin
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh or canned pears, diced
1/2 cup whipped topping
Pinch of ginger
Directions
Prepare gelatin as directed; using pear juice for cold water if using canned pears. Pour half the gelatin into an 8-inch square pan. Dice pears; add to gelatin. Whip together remaining gelatin, cream cheese, whipped topping and ginger; pour over set gelatin and chill until completely set.
Each serving contains 239 calories; 12gm fat; 168 mg sodium; 23mg cholesterol.
