A Chocoholic's Dream

Ingredients
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped white chocolate (or white chocolate chips)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir cocoa, white sugar and oil together in a large bowl with electric mixer. Stir in brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder. Stir in chips and chopped white chocolate. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
