Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients
Two 7-inch flour tortillas
4 tablespoons peanut butter
4 teaspoons honey
4 slices American cheese
2 small lettuce leaves, flattened
Directions
Place tortillas on a flat surface. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons honey. Arrange two slices of cheese over the honey. Top with a lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly, jellyroll-style. Secure with a toothpick. Cut rolls crosswise in halves, then into 1-inch slices. Or wrap uncut rolls in plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
