Cheddar Apple Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 8-ounce container Dutch apple low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 cups buttermilk pancake mix
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Butter 12 2 1/2-inch muffin cups, or line with paper baking cups. In a large bowl beat eggs until blended; stir in yogurt and sugar. Add baking mix; stir just until moistened. Stir in cheese and raisins. Fill prepared muffin cups two-thirds fulls. Bake in a 400-degrees about 15 minutes.out clean, about 15 minutes.
