Damian's Special Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

4 teaspoons chocolate powder (we prefer Cadbury's Drinking Chocolate, although Hershey's Chocolate Milk Mix is also good)
4 squares milk or dark chocolate (again, we prefer Cadbury's, as it has less wax and melts nicely)
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 cups milk
Dollop cream


Directions

In a saucepan, soften chocolate over low heat. When soft, but not completely melted, quickly mix in chocolate powder, then brown sugar. Slowly add a little of the milk, mixing with chocolate to make a paste, then add the rest, blending well. Heat until warm but not boiling. Pour into mugs and garnish with a dollop of cream. Garnish with a sprinkling of chocolate powder, if desired. Makes 2 mugs.
