Agurksalat (Cucumber Salad)

Ingredients

1 English or European variety cucumber

Dressing:
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Peel cucumber; slice thinly. Mix dressing and pour over cucumber. Chill for at least one hour before serving. Makes 2 servings.
