Ingredients
12 Texas-size frozen rolls, thawed but still cold
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Combine four rolls together. Pull off two small pieces of dough for the eyes and set them aside. Flatten the rolls into a rounded oval for the head. Place it on a large baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Form the small pieces of dough into balls and place them on the head for eyes. With a knife, cut a small mouth. For the legs, roll eight rolls into eight long ropes. Flatten and tuck the top of the legs under the head. Then twist and arrange as desired. Brush the octopus with egg and let it rise 30 minutes. Re-open the mouth with a knife. Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
