Bean Casserole

Ingredients
Preparation time: 15 minutes plus baking time
Yield: 8 servings
1/2 pound bacon
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 large onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 can (16 oz.) pork and beans
2 cans (16 oz.) other beans like lima, kidney, pinto, garbanzo, chili or black beans
Directions
Brown bacon, ground beef and onion; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
Each serving contains 400 calories; 15 gm fat; 1098 mg sodium; 61 mg cholesterol.
