Ingredients

Yield: 1 serving

1 banana
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Dash of nutmeg


Directions

Combine banana, juice, yogurt, honey and wheat germ in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into glass and top with nutmeg.

Each serving contains 640 calories; 10 gm fat; 163 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
