Crust:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups butter-flavored shortening
3/4 cup ice water
3 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder

Filling:
5 cups fresh peaches, sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons margarine

1 egg
1 tablespoon water

Prepare filling; add to Dutch oven. Use remaining dough to make a lattice crust. Seal edges using water. Brush top with egg and water glaze.
