Festive Spinach Salad

Ingredients

9 3/4 cups fresh spinach, torn
2 1/4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 1/4 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons water


Directions

Combine spinach and strawberries in a large bowl; toss gently then cover and chill.

Combine sugar and remaining ingredients in blender; process at low speed for 30 seconds. Drizzle over spinach mixture and gently toss. Serve immediately. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
