Lemonade Salad

Ingredients

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus chilling
Yield: 12 servings

1 package (6 oz.) lemon gelatin
Dash of salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups hot water
1 can (6 oz.) lemonade concentrate
2 cups light cream, whipped


Directions

Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt in boiling water; add lemonade concentrate and set until syrupy. Whip cream and fold into partially set gelatin; chill until firm in 6-cup mold or 9-by-13-inch pan.
