Peach Salsa

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds tomatoes
1-3 jalapenos or green chilies, depending on heat
1 small onion
1 peach
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
About 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed


Directions

Mix together. Refrigerate 1 hour. Great over grilled chicken or seafood or with chips.
