Berry Banana Blitz

Ingredients

1 banana
1 8-ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 10-ounce package frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey


Directions

Cut banana into chunks. Place into blender with all other ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Serves 3.

Nutritional information: Per serving: 164 calories, 7 percent fat, 83 percent carbohydrate and 11 percent protein. Can be used 1 hour before a game or post-game.
