6 pounds extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup

1-2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
