Turkey Barbecue

Ingredients

1/2 cup white wine or lemon-lime soda
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1- to 2-pound package turkey steaks or cutlets


Directions

Combine wine or soda, soy sauce and oil. Pour over turkey steaks. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning steaks occasionally to ensure equal flavoring. Barbecue over hot coals or broil in oven or pan-fry on both sides until meat is white inside. Do not overcook.
