Lehi Cattle Drive Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
The Lewis family makes this for their annual (and very popular) spring cattle drive to West Canyon. It serves 50.
5 pounds ground beef
One onion, chopped (more if you like)
Brown together and salt and pepper to taste.
Add:
14-ounce bottle catsup (if too thick, add more)
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix well in large pot. If making ahead, refrigerate and reheat before serving on hamburger buns.
