Fluff Dessert

Ingredients

There's always room for Fluff Desert. Lemon and Lime are favorite flavors.

3 ounce package gelatin, any flavor
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups graham cracker crumbs


Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add sugar, continuing to stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice. Set until wobbly. Whip until fluffy. In another bowl, chill milk until next to freezing around the edges. Whip like cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with graham cracker crumbs and spoon fluff over top. Reserve some crumbs to sprinkle on top. Chill and serve.
