Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients

Crust: Blend 2 cups pecans in blender. Add 5 pitted Medjool dates, blend until it sticks. Press mixture into a glass pie plate.

Filling: Peel and thinly slice 4 apples onto the crust. Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice onto the apples. Drizzle 1/2 cup Grade B or C maple syrup over the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.


Directions

Topping: In blender, add 3-4 ripe bananas, 3 Medjool dates (or 4-6 regular dates), 6-10 raspberries or 3-5 strawberries. Blend into a cream. Pour over the apples. Garnish with apple peels, mint leaves and berries.
