Chicken Divan (frozen foods)

Ingredients

Sauce:
16 ounces chopped broccoli, blanched
3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (may use Healthy Request type)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
1 cup onion, chopped

For serving:
1 cup bread cubes, dried
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
6 cups cooked brown rice (or white rice if preferred)


Directions

Combine sauce ingredients and pour into bag and freeze. When thawed, sprinkle top with bread cubes and parsley, and bake in baking dish, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve over a bed of brown rice (or can be served by itself). Makes 6 servings.
